  • How long are the shows?
    Our evening shows are apx. 90 minutes including a short intermission.
  • What should I wear?
    While Jupiter's Lounge has no dress code, we would love to see you dress to impress. Dust off your sparkles, feathers, and rhinestones and make it an evening to remember.
  • When does the bar open? When should I arrive?
    The bar opens 30 mins before the time posted on your ticket, and 1 hour before showtime. Since we serve drinks and food, we like to get you seated before the show starts. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after the time posted on your ticket.
  • Where can I park?
    During the evening there is plenty of lot and street parking around Jupiter's Lounge. Please avoid parking on the east side of the building and in designated services areas.
  • What if I forgot my ID?
    We follow the law very tightly, and no person will be admitted without a valid ID for any reason.
  • How does seating work?
    Each guest is able to select their desired seat(s) from the seating map during purchase. We have a limited number of single person tables. If we sell out of them, we are not able to guarantee that you will be sat at a table alone. Please note that if you purchase a single seat at a two seater table, you are consenting to being sat with a stranger in the other seat. At check-in we will seat you in your assigned seat. Please do not move seats by yourself. If there is an issue, please speak with the Maitre'D.
  • Are there accommodations for persons with disabilities?
    Yes, We have handicap parking, and all public areas of the Lounge are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us at after you purchase a ticket so we know to set aside wheelchair seating space.
  • What if I am running late?
    We understand things happen! Please call the box office at (406) 732-2975 and let us know you will be late. We will try to seat you, or we will give you a voucher for a future show.* If you arrive within the first 30 minuets of showtime (within 60 minuets after the time posted on your ticket), we will seat you between acts. If you arrive later than first 30 minuets of showtime (later than 60 mins after the time posted on your ticket) we will not seat you. *You must contact us before arriving late to be eligible for a voucher.

  • Can I take pictures/video of the performance?
    No. Taking pictures and video of the performance is prohibited. If we see you with a phone pointed at the stage during the show we will politely remind you once to put it away. Any further attempts to take photo & video of the performance will result in you being asked to leave.
  • Can I bring in outside food/drinks?
    No outside food or beverages of any kind are permitted in the lounge. This includes flasks, tiny liquor bottles or any other type of alcohol.
  • Is there a place to take selfies/photos?
    Yes! Before and after the show, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you like! If you ask nicely, our performers may even take photos with you after the show.
  • Do I need to tip performers?
    Tips are welcomed but not required. Bring cash as the performers will offer the opportunity to tip them throughout, and at the end of the show. It’s a great way to show extra appreciation for their amazing performance. You may also scan the QR code on your table to tip performers via Venmo.
  • Do I need to tip the wait staff?
    At Jupiter's Lounge we believe in paying our staff members a decent wage without relying on tips to do so. This is reflected in our pricing structure. That being said, we welcome you to tip our wait staff via cash or by scanning the QR code on your table.
  • What is a VIP ticket?
    Our VIP guests are seated on luxurious velvet loveseats at the front of the theater, and each guest is served two complimentary drinks, one main item and one dessert item from the menu. After the show, we invite our VIP guests to a private meet and greet with the cast. *VIP tickets must be bought in bundles of two.*
  • What is a Premium Ticket?
    Premium Tickets include the price of the show, one complimentary drink, and food item. When you enter the Lounge you will be given a food and drink voucher. Simply give the voucher to your server when placing your order. Unused vouchers expire and cannot be used for future shows
  • What is a Standard Ticket?
    Standard Tickets include the price of the show. Food and beverage is available for additional purchase throughout the evening from our menu.
  • What is a Last Best Ticket
    Last Best Tickets are for the seats in the back row of the Theater. Since there isn't a single bad seat in the house we call the back row the "Last Best Row". Last Best Tickets are sold at a lower price compared to all other tickets.
  • Do you offer group discounts?
    Yes! Parties of 10 or more are given 10% off ticket prices when booked under the same reservation. Fill out the group reservation form to get started.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We generally do not issue refunds. We do understand that things happen and sometimes you can't make it to an event. In that case, please contact us before your ticketed event, and we will be more than happy to give you a voucher for the full value of your purchase OR rebook you to a different performance of the same show.   • Do you sell tickets at the door?
    Yes! Call the Box Office at (406) 732-2975 the afternoon of the show you're interested in and we'll let you know if there are any tickets still available. If the show has sold out we will put you on the waiting list and call you back if we have tickets for you. If the show has not sold out we will reserve tickets for you. You can pay for them at the door.
