REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds. All sales are final.

 

We do understand that things happen and sometimes you can't make it to an event. In that case, please contact us before your ticketed event, and we will be more than happy to give you a voucher for the full value of your purchase OR rebook you to a different performance of the same show.

SECURITY POLICY

We take the security of our performers, staff and guests very seriously. 

Identification

All guests are required to present a valid photo I.D. to our bouncer upon entry/re-entry.

 

Prohibited Items

Weapons any kind

Large bags, backpacks, suitcases etc.

Outside food 

Outside beverages/alcohol

Marijuana

Illegal substances of any kind

Intoxication and Disruptive Behavior

Guests who appear to be under the influence of drugs/intoxicated at check-in will be denied entry to the venue. 

Our staff reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any person that is clearly intoxicated.

 

Guests who are conducting themselves in a manner that causes disruption to the operations of Jupiter's Lounge will be warned once. A second incidence of disruptive behavior will result in the responsible guest(s) being removed from the premises. 

EVENT CANCELLATION BY JUPITERS LOUNGE. 
In the event that inclement weather, cast illness or other unforeseen circumstances should cause cancellation of any ticketed event, Jupiter's Lounge will issue vouchers OR rebook ticketed reservations for a future performance of the same show. 
 

Communicating with Ticket Holders
Upon deciding to cancel an event Jupiter's Lounge will notify all effected ticket holders as soon as possible via email.

Vouchers
When applicable, vouchers will be issued for the full value of the cancelled reservation. All vouchers are valid from 1 year after the issue date. Vouchers may not be
 sold, and are not redeemable for cash.

Rebooking of a reservation

Cancelled reservations can be rebooked to a later showing of the same performance so long as there is room to accommodate the entire party under the reservation. If a cancelled reservation cannot be rebooked to a later showing, a voucher will be issued instead. Jupiter's Lounge will not partially rebook a reservation.

Refunds

Jupiter's Lounge aims to provide exceptional customer service to each of our guests. Refunds while generally not permitted, will be considered on a case by case basis under exceptional circumstances only. Please contact the Box Office for further information.
